The Designer
John Cope, Managing Director and Senior Designer of Cope Design Limited, has over three decades of experience in the golf industry. He holds a degree in Horticulture from Colorado State University and has worked with the PGA Tour, hosting multiple Champion and PGA Tour events.
John was the superintendent of the TPC Scottsdale stadium course before joining Nicklaus Design, where he collaborated with Jack Nicklaus for 22 years, contributing to over 12 signature designs and 25 of his own. In 2013, he founded Cope Design in Manila, Philippines.
Our philosophy is to deliver the best golf course within the client's budget and property constraints. We believe every property has the potential for a great golf course.
